The green clay

With its soothing properties, green clay is able to quickly relieve pain caused by rheumatism. To make the poultice, put the pieces or powder of clay in a glass, clay or wooden container and cover with water. Now let it swell for a good hour afterwards, soak it in compresses or cloths. Use them to cover your painful joints, leave them for an hour, and don’t hesitate to moisten the clay when it begins to dry.

Oat flakes

If you suffer from rheumatism, you can try the natural oat flake treatment. Make poultices when the pain starts. Make a porridge of oat flakes and apply it warm to the skin, holding it in place with a line. Feel free to apply a thick layer to painful joints. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Cider vinegar

Meadowsweet

This plant is a natural analgesic that acts directly against the circulation of acid flows that cause inflammation, and is recommended to soothe rheumatism. To make the treatment, soak 50 grams of dried flowers in a litre of hot water and leave to infuse for about fifteen minutes. The herbal tea obtained, drink it throughout the day.
